Rhonda Bullard

A full-time resident at ST 104, I have an interest in the long-term success and growth of Lake Cherokee.  I have enjoyed Lake Cherokee for over 45 years, but I believe in giving back. Lake Cherokee Community Foundation is a wonderful way to give of myself to the lake I love.  Lake Cherokee has much to be proud of and so much to offer to our community.  In my professional career I have managed multimillion-dollar budgets, written and implemented strategic plans, collaborated with teams to accomplish goals and objectives, and managed teams through crisis.  As Board President, I led the Great Texas Balloon Race through COVID to maintain and grow the now 50-year-old event.  Managing a multimillion-dollar capital campaign, I worked to bring the Longview World of Wonders to fruition that thousands of families enjoy in downtown Longview.  Working on City task forces and boards, I have been a part of molding the growth in Longview’s cultural arts, parks & recreation and in south Longview/I20 corridor development.  I invest my time trying to help Shareholders who need assistance which brings me much joy.
